Have you considered a career in the film industry but didn’t know where to begin? MPI’s Hollywood Career Launch Program (HCLP) helps talented young filmmakers get their foot in the door.

HCLP places motivated interns at partner production companies such as Skybound Entertainment (The Walking Dead), Millennium Media (Rambo: Last Blood), and Bold Films (Whiplash), as well as on the sets of MPI Original Films. MPI also sponsors the Academy Gold Rising Program, which offers additional mentorship to MPI interns from members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

MPI interns often go on to secure full-time employment in the entertainment industry, landing coveted positions in the NBCUniversal Page Program, top production companies, television networks, and leading talent agencies.

While MPI accepts applications on an ongoing basis, it is best to apply for summer internship positions as early as possible, typically in February.
