The MPI Original Film Melons and the first two episodes of the MPI Original Series We’re Doing Good screened last week to packed theaters at the Oscar-qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival in Los Angeles. 

Cast and crew of both projects came out to support the screenings and walk the red carpet. Those in attendance included the lead of Melons Brian Huskey (Veep, People of Earth, Mr. Neighbor’s House) and the co-stars of We’re Doing Good Emily Pendergast (Veep) and Jonathan Braylock (Astronomy Club).

Both films are continuing their succesful festival runs—with We’re Doing Good screening next weekend at the Broad Humor Film Festival.
