Percy Daggs III (Veronica Mars) received the Best Lead Actor award for his powerful portrayal of Terrance Lewis in the MPI Original short Infraction at the Richmond International Film Festival in Virginia. He was also previously nominated for Best Actor at the Gig Harbor Film Festival in Washington.

The film was developed by longtime MPI filmmaker Timothy Blackwood (The Conqueror) in MPI’s 2020 Short Film Lab. Infraction has been accepted to over 17 film festivals—with screenings across the country and abroad since its world premiere at the Pan African Film Festival at the beginning of the year.
