The MPI Original short film Infraction continues its impressive film festival run in 2024, screening as an official selection at the Cardiff Mini Film Festival in Cardiff, Wales this weekend.

Developed in MPI’s Short Film Lab by MPI filmmaker Timothy Blackwood, Infraction tells the story of Terrance Lewis, an innocent man wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for 21 years. Through it all, he maintains a remarkable work ethic and strong character and later forms an unlikely friendship with a prison guard that has life-altering ramifications.
