The MPI Original short film Pocket Change, written and directed by MPI filmmakers Heston Roewe and Tanner Mobley, will screen at two film festivals in the coming days, with stops in Iowa and Los Angeles.

First, Pocket Change will screen at the Iowa Independent Film Festival in Mason City, Iowa, on Saturday, September 12, at 2:00 p.m. as part of Film Block M. Buy your tickets here.

Then, on Tuesday, September 15, at 7:00 p.m., the film will screen at Mythic Fest in Los Angeles, California. Get your tickets here.

Starring Freddy Rodriguez (Six Feet Under, Planet Terror, and Poseidon), Pocket Change centers on a mysterious drifter whose seemingly worthless quarter may be the key to saving a group of strangers when the power goes out at a remote roadside diner.
