FI$H: How An Economy Grows uses vibrant animation and storytelling to bring economic ideas to life. The series’ 10 free episodes follow three people stuck on a deserted island as they develop an advanced economy. Characters Abel, Baker, and Charlie discover key economic concepts such as capital and risk, comparative advantage, and money. Teachers and students alike can also use free accompanying lecture videos and lesson plans designed to meet state standards.
