THIRD TIME’S A CHARM

The Moving Picture Institute is proud to announce that Uzo Aduba—most recently cast to play the lead role of Virginia Walden Ford in MPI’s first feature Miss Virginia—has been nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series in 2017 Screen Actors’ Guild awards.

This will be Uzo’s third consecutive SAG award nomination since 2015. Previously, she won the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series in 2015 and 2016. Join us in congratulating Uzo on this incredible achievement.
