MPI has kicked off its annual two-day Producer’s Playbook seminar in Los Angeles, bringing together 16 rising producers from across the country for an immersive program focused on the craft and business of producing.
The seminar includes MPI-led sessions covering key aspects of film and television production, alongside opportunities for networking, collaboration, and relationship-building among emerging producers working across a range of projects and genres.
As part of the experience, participants will also attend the annual PGA Produced By Conference on the Universal Studios lot, where they will hear directly from industry leaders and take part in conversations shaping the future of film and television production. Hosted by the Producers Guild of America, the conference is one of the industry’s premier gatherings for producers and creatives.
Producer’s Playbook is part of MPI’s broader commitment to supporting freedom-minded filmmakers through hands-on training, professional development, and meaningful industry connections.
