The Moving Picture Institute (MPI) is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to play a vital role in the organization’s efforts to secure major gifts to further its mission to create high-impact films designed to entertain, inspire, and educate audiences with captivating stories about human freedom. The philanthropic investments officer will work in close collaboration with the development team to expand current fundraising efforts, helping to identify, cultivate, and secure commitments from donors and prospects who have the potential to make six to seven figure gifts to fund MPI projects and make annual, non-designated sustaining gifts of $10,000 or greater. This position reports to the director of philanthropic investments.

Our full-time team of experienced producers and dedicated support staff work with and manage a network of hundreds of filmmakers and contractors annually to advance our mission by producing MPI Original Films and launching the careers of talented filmmakers.
