The MPI Original short film Infraction will be screening at this year’s Rustin Day of Films on June 14 at 6 p.m. at the Chester County History Center in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Presented in partnership with the West Chester Film Festival, the program features a 90-minute block of short films followed by a Q&A session. This evening of screenings highlights cinematic storytelling that inspires reflection, sparks dialogue, and brings communities together. Get your ticket here.

Created through MPI’s Short Film Lab by MPI filmmaker Timothy Blackwood, Infraction tells the gripping true story of Terrance Lewis, a man wrongfully imprisoned for 21 years. Despite overwhelming adversity, Lewis holds fast to his values and work ethic. When he forms an unexpected bond with a prison guard, their connection sets in motion a series of events that alter both of their lives.
