MPI recently brought together a group of filmmakers for a memorable evening in New York City. Attendees enjoyed a Broadway performance of Othello, followed by an informal networking gathering. Among the guests were an alumna currently working on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, a SXSW Jury Award–winning filmmaker, a development executive from A Guy Walks Into a Bar (Elf, Sully), and MPI board member Kristi Kendall.

The gathering offered an opportunity for alumni, mentors, and current program participants to reconnect and exchange ideas. Events like this are designed to strengthen the relationships that sustain MPI’s creative community.
