Five MPI Original short films will screen this week at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema in Idyllwild, California. Praised by The Hollywood Reporter as “The Greatest Little Film Festival on Earth,” Idyllwild has built a reputation for championing standout independent films from around the world.
With five selections in this year’s lineup, MPI Originals will have a significant presence at the festival.
All of these films were developed by MPI filmmakers through the Short Film Lab or the Documentary Storytelling Workshop and produced through the MPI Production Lab.
The Art of Inflation and Pocket Change will screen Wednesday, February 4, at 10:00 a.m.
Shoot, Shovel, and Shut Up screens Thursday, February 5, at 2:00 p.m.
Grind and the documentary short Remnants screen Thursday, February 5, at 5:00 p.m.
